Thunder Valley MX is a stop on the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship that presents a challenge which sets it apart from the other 11 rounds, elevation. The picturesque Lakewood track sits at 6100 feet above sea level just east of the Colorado Rockies. Atlanta Supercross is typically the most attended race in the series. This year was no different as I heard rumors of 65,517 (to be exact I guess) fanimals coming out to watch the best in the world battle on Georgia’s red clay.
